## 1. Currency and tax

Australian businesses pay in AUD plus 10% GST. Indian businesses pay in INR. Everyone else pays in USD. Tax is worked out by Stripe Tax from your billing address and shown on every invoice.

## 2. Changing plan

Moving up starts straight away, with credit for unused time on your old plan. Moving down starts at your next renewal.

## 3. Failed payments

We retry automatically and tell you. If a payment is still unpaid 14 days later, the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

## 4. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing. Pro stays on until the end of what you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-used periods, except where the law says we must.

## 5. Email packs

Packs are one-off and never expire. Unused pack emails aren’t refunded, but they stay with your account if you move to Free.

## 6. Partner-billed accounts

If a partner pays for your plan, your partner’s agreement with us covers billing. If you leave the partner, you choose a plan and pay us directly.
