For subscriber lists and shopper data, you are in control of the data and BiziBuzz processes it for you.

## 1. Roles

You decide why and how subscriber data is used. BiziBuzz processes it only to provide the service and on your instructions.

## 2. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it, with two-step sign-in, and every staff access is logged.

## 3. Sub-processors

We use a small list of providers for hosting, email sending and payments. We’ll tell you before adding a new one, and you can object.

## 4. Breaches

If a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you without undue delay with what we know and what we’re doing about it.

## 5. Deletion

When you delete a subscriber or close your account, we delete their data within 30 days, apart from what we must keep by law.
