## 1. Who we are

In this policy, “we” means LogicSync Pty Ltd, trading as BiziBuzz, ABN 12 620 184 867.

## 2. What we collect

Account details: name, work email, role, and which businesses you can access. Billing details: business name, tax number and billing address. Card details are held by Stripe, not us.

Usage: pages viewed in the admin, sign-in times and device type, to keep accounts secure and improve the product.

## 3. Why we use it

To run your account, take payment, send service emails, prevent fraud and support you. We don’t sell personal information.

## 4. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run BiziBuzz, including Stripe (payments and tax), our hosting provider and our email provider. Partners can see the businesses they manage.

## 5. Where it’s stored

Mainly in Australia. Some providers process data overseas. Where data leaves Australia, we use contracts that require it to be protected.

## 6. Your choices

You can see, correct or delete your information from your account, or by asking us. If you’re in the UK, EU, India or another place with its own privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you.

## 7. Complaints

Contact us first. If you’re not happy with our answer, in Australia you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
