1. Consent comes first
Only email people who asked for your offers. Everyone who signs up confirms by email first. Imported lists need recorded consent, and we send them a confirmation by default.
Never upload bought, rented or scraped lists.
2. Every email
Says who it’s from, includes your business address, and has a working one-tap unsubscribe. We add these for you, so please don’t remove them.
3. Offers
Show real prices and real dates. Follow the law for age-restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco where you trade.
4. Not allowed
Illegal goods, hateful or deceptive content, phishing, and anything that harms shoppers or other businesses.
5. If something goes wrong
High bounce or complaint rates can pause sending while we work it out with you.
