1. Who we are
These terms are between you and LogicSync Pty Ltd, trading as BiziBuzz, ABN 12 620 184 867.
2. Your account
You must be authorised to act for the business you sign up. You’re responsible for everyone you invite to your team and what they do.
Keep sign-in links and codes private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. What you publish
You own your offers, prices, images and store details. You give us the right to host and show them so the service works.
Prices and dates must be accurate and not misleading. You’re responsible for complying with consumer law where you trade.
4. Plans and payment
Free is for one store. Pro is priced by how many stores you have and billed monthly or yearly in advance. See Billing and refunds for the details.
5. Service changes and availability
We work to keep BiziBuzz available and may change features over time. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we’ll tell you first.
6. Ending
You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Email and acceptable use rules, usually after warning you.
After you leave, you can export your offers and subscribers for 30 days before we delete them.
7. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or similar laws where you are. Otherwise our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
